U2

U2 is the most popular and commercially successful Irish rock bands in the history of music. The group was founded in Dublin in 1976 under the name the Feedback by singer, guitarist, and keyboardist the Edge (David Evans), singer and guitarist Bono (born Paul Hewson), bassist Adam Clayton, and drummer Larry Mullen. Soon the band changed its title to U2.

U2 recorded and released such popular singles as "Another Day," "I Will Follow," "Gloria," "New Year's Day," "Sunday Bloody Sunday," "With or Without You," "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For," "Mysterious Ways," "One," "Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me," "Discotheque," "Beautiful Day," "Walk On," Sometimes You Can't Make It on Your Own," etc.
