Sister Hazel

The Gainesville-based group called Sister Hazel was founded in 1993. The lineup of the band included Andrew Copeland (vocals and guitar), Ken Block (vocals and guitar), Mark Trojanowski (drummer), Ryan Newell (guitar), and Jeff Beres (bass). They issued their first self-titled album in 1994.

In 1997 Sister Hazel released the full-length album entitled Somewhere More Familiar, which went gold. The song named "All for You" sent the album to the top of alternative charts. The group’s third album entitled Fortress was produced in 2000.
