Throwdown

Throwdown is known to be formed in the summer of 1997. The band was made of such musicians as guitarist Tommy Love, bassist Dom Macaluso, singer Keith Barney, drummer Marc Jackson, and guitarist Javier Van Huss. The band released their debut eponymous single in 1997. Throwdown issued a lot of recordings, some of them were considered to be chart-toppers.

Throwdown is known for such releases as Beyond Repair (the band’s first full-length album), You Don't Have to Be Blood to Be Family, and «Baby Got Back" (metalcore version of Sir Mix-a-Lot's hit). Becides the band made some tours. Later the stuff changed, and comprised vocalist Peters, bassist Matt Mentley, drummer Ben Dussault, and guitarist Mark Choiniere.
