Sixty Watt Shaman

Sixty Watt Shaman was formed by guitarist Joe Selby and drummer Chuck Dukehart (ex-members of a famous band called Supercreep) and vocalist/rhythm guitarist Dan Kerzwick and bassist Jim Forrester in the middle of the 90’s. The band took into consideration both achievements of contemporary musicians and those of the past to develop a style of their own.

Sixty Watt Shaman issued their first album called Ultra Electric signing a contract with Game Two Records in 1998 which was independent. Then in 2000 the band made a decision to sign a contract with Spitfire so as to release their second album called Seeds of Decades. But in fact the band became really successful only in 2002 after drummer Pete Campbell joined the band.
